Swiss Attendance is designed for LTr compliance

Swiss labour law requires detailed time records. Swiss Attendance structures hours, approvals, breaks and archives to make each inspection easier.

LTr Art. 9

Maximum working time: 45h/week for most sectors, 50h for retail and services. Swiss Attendance calculates excesses and displays warnings.

LTr Art. 15

Mandatory breaks: 15 min after 5.5h, 30 min after 7h, 1h after 9h. Calculated in real time during corrections.

LTr Art. 46

Record keeping: minimum 5-year retention. ZIP archive with SHA-256 manifest for each monthly or annual period.
